of course but i feel a world without silly superstitions (superstitions that help lead to the creation of things like Sharia Law or the 'Kill the Gays' bill in Uganda) would also be a world with less hate... which would be a world with less violence. removing religion wouldnt get rid of all hate, nor would it stop killing or war completely (might not stop any war at all) but it would be the biggest step in the right direction mankind has made (imho)

If the Muslims (or anyone) are being violent, it's one thing but the letter flatout states they'll attack Muslims simply for visiting a Mosque. Really? The person who wrote this letter encourages "people to attack any Muslim they come across in shops, taxi's [sic], at mosques or any other place they come across them". So following this "logic", a little girl making her way to school wearing a hijab is fair game for violence. It certainly is when we have reactionary idiots like you encouraging violence. |
