It's interesting how many people in western society blame rape on the victims choice of clothing, yet in country's were women are required to dress conservatively, rape is an even bigger problem. You'd think that information would blow that theory out of the water, but it seems the people making such claims have curiously selective memory...

Spot on. I really don't understand how people still bring clothes into it. Men happily violated women’s bodies while they wore corsets, petticoats and farthingales, and a niqab, hijab and burqa are some of the most covered form of clothing. Victim blaming has to stop.
