Re: Malware May Knock Thousands Off Internet On Monday As far as I know, the ISP customer service will help you with billing, connectivity settings, things of that nature. I really don't think they give a fuck in regards to whether or not your personal machine is infected with malware, but then I never chose to refer to them in that way. In whole, consumer based electronics customer service is laughable yes, I fault mainly poor training, let's get them out there on the phones in a hurry attitude, sell them a "plan". I spent 12 years in the data collection computer and peripheral device repair business and our repair center was outstanding, our service support center was a complete joke, I would get into more detail but why bore you. :p |
