They ought to check to see if the bank manager has his green card. They have to take cash. US currency, "is legal tender for all debts, public and private."

You're retarded right? There is video going on all the time at the bank. And anyone can walk in and video secretly. There is no way to prevent it. Also they refused payment first. And this was not the only offense. They refused to release his repair funds on his house. They are trying to set him up for foreclosure. Go online and read about all the shit BofA does. It's a jackass bank system. They tried fucking me over several times. I eventually just went to a new bank.

A couple of issues came up as I researched the video.

1. The man's home has already been foreclosed and BoA cannot accept the money. It's gone to a collecting agency. He apparently refused to go to the collection agency.
2. The check was for repairs on a foreclosed home. There are issues about getting a check for damage done to a home that is no longer yours.

So, no, not retarded.

When they forclose on his loan he has video evidence that he tried to pay but was refused, but i bet the video won't be allowed into evidence. Now by not being able to go to the bank how is he supposed to pay, not everyone is willing or able to use internet banking. The manager should have explained to him that the cheque needed to be deposited into his account so the funds could clear, they failed to do that.

Ok, I stand corrected. He should get an attorney that specializes in such things. But would it not be more useful if BofA worked with him and helped him work out his problems instead of just being the assholes they are???? Actually I didn't see about the foreclosure issues in the video but I didn't watch every second. BofA are still aholes. I quit them a long time ago.
But I think the original point you made was about video taping? How is he to have proof if he does not record it?
