what kind of mother leaves a kid with a sitter for days at a time? Where was the father? This whole story stinks of child neglect. disgust me.

Sadly with the prevalence of the single parent household and younger parents that lack any sense of responsibility you see more and more of this. Children slipping through the cracks, being raised by daycare, sitters and the public school system. I fear for the upcoming generations due to the lack of parenting they are recieving.
