Re: Illegal Hispanic Deported 15 Times
He had already been stopped for a traffic violation, he didn't have a DL and admitted to being here illegally, all of which gives the sheriff probable cause for a search. So yes, they can be charged with possession; transport? I'm not sure, it depends on how much he was carrying I suppose.

Re: Illegal Hispanic Deported 15 Times
I say we begin charging mexico, and all the south American countries for everyone of these freaks, and whatever damage they incur, and holding fees, deporting fees, etc. I think we have loans with them. Start taking money off of those loans. Money talks.

Re: Illegal Hispanic Deported 15 Times
What about the other illegals crossing the border? Wasn't it seth rogan or someone who was an illegal from canada? Both sides of the border have their own problems. People are people. Not their fault they were born on the wrong patch of land. Too bad Mexico cant just ask the US for help, send in the armies to dispatch the gangs. The amount of money being spent to deal with immigration could theoritically be used to better the area so they wouldn't want to come over. Learn to work harder and deal with it.
