This reminds me of a similar case that happened in Portland where a security guard fatally shot someone leaving a Lowes parking lot claiming he was acting in self defense. Guess where that guy is now? In prison for life on 2nd degree murder charges. I expect to see similar results here or else there's gonna be huge consequences with public backlash.

The driver was headshot through the drivers window (not the windshield). Therefore, the officer was BESIDE the vehicle and thus not in harms way.
This is the most elemental trigonometry - you can't draw a straight line from the drivers window to the drivers from in front of the vehicle. How is this even debatable?? Are we not watching the same video?

Did I miss the command to leave? All I heard on either video is, "...get out of the car, get out of the fucking car."
