There was a wheelchair accessible playground open recently in this general area, but, they didn't go into details or show the swings.

I know they made wider areas, but, they haven't talked about it anymore and didn't show any actual children there.

Where I live in Texas, they have an amusement park for children with disabilites. Such as swings suitable for w.chairs as shown in the picture posted. Very fantastic for those innocents.
Oh yeah, I looked up the name. Morgan's Wonderland!!
