What exactly is the point of this thread? I may be missing something. It seems as though someone denied your claim that you were there and you had to prove it. Or you just wanted to make a public announcement?

Yes, I helped load bodies into a blackhawk, and I had the pleasure of finding body parts in the ruins of a house, there are other events which I do not feel like discussing openly, private messaging is there for a reason (not trying to be a dick here) and I'm probably going to be diagnosed with some level of PTSD
PTSD, eh?

Does it burn? I heard it stings pretty bad.

I knew a kid who got out of the military and claimed PTSD. He got "yelled at too much"...because he was a fucking turd.

I helped support early Search and Rescue efforts for the massive mudslide that killed almost 30 people in Washington State. Ask me anything...?

it's not hard to get diagnosed with PTSD....fuck, even i was.

that's not to say that PTSD a solider returns with is the same thing as the PTSD a civilian has though. two different but real things.

That kid should've grown some skin, I did not ask for PTSD, and I sure as hell wouldn't use it as a crutch for anything, ever.
