i assumed that lol. i kinda think that lady isnt a soldier per say and its more of a normal routine day like shes going on a walk. If youve ever seen pics of places like Somalia a good example would be Bakara Market you see just normal "hey i need some fruit and bread" kind of trips but they take the AK with em.

I guess living in a city in the US, things like that aren't seen every day. People have weapons, but, they prefer to sneak up on you.
