Re: Hunter Who Says He Mistook Woman for a Deer Charged with Manslaughter
Let me guess he calls it an "Accident", well if you flout the hunting laws of that state it's not an "Accident" it's a "Mistake", accident sounds so much more sanitary than mistake. Book...throw...full weight...him. |

The eyes tell the whole story.. the eyes clue that he’s not wired right. No remorse, just staring straight, like he hit a squirrel with his car. Hang ‘em! Next time it may be a kid, if he’s too stupid to “verify target”, he’s too stupid to own a dangerous object.

Re: Hunter Who Says He Mistook Woman for a Deer Charged with Manslaughter
I was at an oudoor shooting area outside of Los Angeles one time and a guy with blood running down his face came running down the fire road in red faced fury and mad as H*ll. It turns out that he was taking a dump behind some bushes and some *sshole took a shot at him NON-thinking that he was a deer. What happened was that he was narrowly missed by the bullet which hit a rock, causing the rock to chip and the rock chip hit this guy in the face. There were lots of deer in the area, but this clown took a shot at some unidentified 'noise' behind a bush. He had no idea what he was shooting at. True story. And a cautionary tale. |

Re: Hunter Who Says He Mistook Woman for a Deer Charged with Manslaughter
Someone please educate me... Why is it that hunters and walkers (etc) occupy the same area at the same time? The woman had to have been in the area before sunset? If I would not partake in either activity if there was even the slightest chance of an accident like this. |

I guess the hunter should either renounce his citizenship or claim he was shooting randomly like that ******* in California and he'll walk free... |
