Re: Hero Cat to Throw 1st Pitch at Minor League Baseball Game
You can train the hell out of an unstable dog and it will still be unstable. Training doesn't fix everything. We don't know if the owner just let little problems become big ones, which is highly possible and would be a training issue. If your dog is so aggressive that he's been banished to outside, you have a huge problem on your hands that isn't being handled correctly. This woman is lucky that she isn't being sued. All of this problem falls on her. |

If that had been my dog I would have had it put to sleep too. The dog went after the kid, and was in no way provoked. It was purely an attack for whatever reason, and that dog could easily do it again if it wasn't stopped. |

Re: Hero Cat to Throw 1st Pitch at Minor League Baseball Game
I read an article this morning about good adoptable dogs being put down at shelters because of crowding. They showed a pic of two small, now dead dogs who were killed despite numerous shares on Facebook. They then talked about this asshole chow mix that attacked this boy and how everyone is petitioning the euthenasia and expressing outrage. Went on to say they can't all be saved, they shouldn't all be saved. Passing up adoptable dogs for vicious asshole hounds is not the way to do it they said.
