Under no circumstance should you be smiling while holding your dead stillborn twins in a photo op. for social media. Something is just not right. The person taking the pics should have said to them society will not recognize this as a norm and that they should keep the smiling photos to themselves or risk being harshly judged. Sad but true. Everyone deals with grief differently but damn, both of them smiling so big they are almost laughing.
