My neighbor has a wire that runs the perimeter of his property and collars on his dogs. If they get near the wire they get a jolt of electricity. It works great for keeping them in. |

Implant chips. Prisoners should not be allowed tools in their cell, much less power tools. |

I admire movies about prison escape. But in real life... yeah its scary depending on the crimes of the felon. What I find intriguing is the whole method of strategy from start to finish. All that time to sit and think in jail, well, it can collect bit by bit to a sturdy plan that if executed well - ends up in escaping and never being found again. I just romanticize it because I love The Shawshank Redemption, Papillon, Escape from Alcatraz, Midnight Express etc.... sigh... if only a wrongly convicted death penalty prisoner pulled this off... |

Apparently that Joyce Mitchell snuck the power tools into their cell. Also, as I mentioned before, put chip implants in the criminals to monitor them. |
