My son (about 12 yrs old at the time) stole a toothbrush from the grocery store. He showed me when we got home. I asked WHY? I said we have money. If you need a toothbrush just say the word and I will buy you one. Why steal a freaking toothbrush? I think it was for the shits and giggles. I had a mom talk with him about stealing and karma, etc. He always continued to do what he wanted, though. Now he is an adult and I hear all the things I told him being spewed back at me and I have to laugh. His wife is 12 weeks pregnant...soon I will have my revenge!
