Whether the pregnancy has a higher success rate at that time is irrelevant. That's like saying we should all start breeding as soon as we start our periods. No wonder the UK has one of the highest rate of teenager pregnancy with views like this

Half the time they are unable to look after the child well so grandma has to pitch in and help out. Then comes the point they become teenagers and get all emotional and don't want the baby and want to be out with their mates doing the thing they are supposed to be doing which is not raising kids at that age.

Well i am sorry but if i ever have a daughter i think i would make sure that she doesn't get pregnant at that age. As a parent you have responsibility over your child and quite a say it what happens to them when they are living under your roof.

I believe the father isn't much older,if it were an older man,i'd say he took advantage and was strictly out of order,but surely the family can help as in most pregnancies anyway.
