It’s going to be a great Easter for one giant bunny after he regained his title as the world’s biggest rabbit.
Four-year-old Ralph managed to claw back his position after devouring food worth an average of £50-a-week.
He now weighs a massive 3st 8lbs, which beats his nemesis Darius by 3lbs, who took the title off him in 2010.
‘Ralph has matured now and is the heaviest he has ever been,’ owner Pauline Grant said.
‘The worst thing is that he is malting at the moment so everyone is covered in rabbit hairs.
‘His diet has not changed much over the years. I have been told by one or two vets that I should not give him all the food but it does not seem to give him any harm.
‘He is fit and healthy.’
Ralph’s huge weight is aided by his genes, with his late mother Amy having been Guinness Book of Records holder for biggest rabbit and his dad, Roberto also a former title winner.
