A freaky felon is back behind bars while accused of raping his fiancée's 12-year-old daughter while out on parole in Georgia.

Shalin Ren Payne, 29, was babysitting his fiancée's children while she was at work Monday when the heavily pierced and tattooed fiend turned violent, authorities told the Times Herald.

The inked monster chased the girl through the Sharpsburg home and broke down a bathroom door when she tried to hide from him, the Coweta County Sheriff's Department said.

After finally getting a hold of her, he allegedly threw her down and choked her as her 4-year-old brother sat watching nearby, unable to help.

The children's mother returned home less than an hour later, finding Payne on top of her daughter. She hit him over the head with a glass dish and was then physically assaulted herself, authorities said.

If there is one crime that I cannot stand it is child abuse. I find it difficult to fathom that the woman left her children in the care of a convicted felon - who happens to be out on parole - knowing that at anytime he could turn violent. And, guess what? He did. To her 12 year old daughter.

How love blind can people be to put their children in harm's way?

100% the "mother's" fault.

She had absolutely no business allowing The Creature to even be around her kids, let alone leaving them with it.

Babysitting is better left to females anyway. Human females.


The "mother" should get a jail term equal to or greater than that given to The Creature.

The Creature was only doing her will anyway as her proxy.

She couldn't leave her kids in such obvious danger without an - at least - subconscious desire to see them injured or destroyed.

Payne was in jail for rape, sexual battery and aggravated assault. More charges are possible.

it's a miracle the 4 year old didn't freak out seeing that freak head.
