Georgia Judges Orders President to Appear in Court
ATLANTA (AP) - A judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court in Atlanta for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president. It's one of many such lawsuits that have been filed across the country, so far without success. A Georgia resident made the complaint, which is intended to keep Obama's name off the state's ballot in the March presidential primary. An Obama campaign aide says any attempt to involve the president personally will fail and such complaints around the country have no merit. The hearing is set for Thursday before an administrative judge. Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi on Friday denied a motion by the president's lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to show up. |

who knows, some say he was born in kenya, and his real name is barry soetorro, which is true if you look at his past from when he lived in indonesia, but his past is as shady as a rat with a gold tooth, his lawyers go to alot of trouble to silence the people who believe he's illegally in office.

If some people in America are so obsessed with being born there, why did they elect Arnold as governor of California? I know governor and President aren't the same but it's still a powerful position.

And this raises it's ugly head again at a very inconvenient time for Obama, can any one smell "Smear campaign", not that I care as he has hardly set the world on fire, SHIT!!!!!!!! I shouldn't use terms like that about American presidents because invariably they do literally.  |

THE FACT IS.....HES NOT WHITE. Im not a minority but I see that from the rock I live under.... It wasnt and still isnt truly accepted that he got elected in the first pplace....and people are gonna do what they can to make sure that doesnt happen again. I am republican, so therefore I do not like Obama. But I will say this, I find it odd we've never had stone-cold evidence given to the public or media about his birth and where he came from. It really shouldn't matter though, we might be putting Gingrich in the White House soon and he's from out of this world.
