Yes and yes. Its the same canned story we've heard over and over again. The actors we selected to fill the roles this time don't even fit. And while we all get to have our fun and both sides get a chance to be outraged, it trivializes every real and meaningful question this case could have raised.

Regardless he is found guilty or not, his life is going to be really difficult because he did shoot a kid. He is a walking target by people that hate him, finding a job might be difficult because everyone knows what he did. Some will be okay, but there will always be people that will hate him because of this whole incident. Even if it was self defense knowing that you killed someone should be heavy on the heart to live with for the rest of your life.
