A child of one can only imitate the actions of the people he is exposed to but not understand what the actions mean. It is just like saying "fuck" in the car in front of a one year old toddler. They might start repeating the word but do not understand the meaning and that is considered offensive to many people. So to be fair whomever the kid was around should be arrested because it was their actions that led to the kid imitating them and killing people. |
