Wonder why they DO serve ketchup for people under the age of 10. So you just have to take a relative under the age of 10 with you and order some fries for him/her and plenty of ketchup and when le chef the cuisine turns his head  |

Not uncommon really. The traditional way to eat a hot dog is not with ketchup. Many establishments (i.e. in Chicago, New York, Boston, San Francisco, etc.) that exclusively serve dogs don't even provide ketchup because other condiments are expected to be used.
