Germany, A 400 kilo heavy resident of riegelsberg called an ambulance when he encountered severe stomach pains.

EMT personel called the fire department when they decided he needed to be checked on in a hospital.

The man was too heavy to walk on his own so they made a hole in the side of his house and used a caterpillar to lift the severe obese man down to the ground.

Neighbours told they haven't seen him at the door for the past two years now.
