If they knew his location, wouldn't the usual protocol be to Capture him alive and take him to Guantanamo Bay where they can torture and interrogate him before putting him on trial like every other person captured in Afghanistan and Pakistan? Why kill him there? Didn't they capture Saddam and put him on trial for his 'alleged' crimes. Why couldn't they just fabricate many false stories and accusations just like they did for Saddam and sentence him? i agree with you 101% vnathan :) |
