I agree about the "Black figure heads". When I see them, I'm baffled on how the media thinks people are so stupid as to not smell the race baiting all over it. I think they're really not as powerful as the media or themselves make them out to be.

You may want to research that a bit closer. Most studies come up inconclusive when trying to do a racial comparison.

Now, we could ask ourselves, how many crimes go unreported in low income, predominately black communities. Then add in the potential, that some level of number, of those unreported crimes were child sex related. Not saying they exceed whites -per capita- or saying lesser- still inconclusive.
