No it's not. There were early rumors that he had a juvenile criminal history, but the rumor was that those arrests/adjudications were sealed and therefore unavailable. As much attention as this case has garnered, I'd be suprised if there was anything that hasn't come up yet. If he'd had a history I feel pretty sure someone would have made it known. I do know for a fact that he was a documented criminal street gang associate in the local area and was fairly well known to the local coppers. Considering the way he acted during the robbery and shooting incident it would be logical to assume he had priors.

Why did the guy ever stop? He should have floored it. I would have done the exact same thing...I watched Reginald Denny get dragged out of a semi and almost beaten to death by gangster thugs during the early moments of the LA Riots in 1996...I'd never go down without a fight after watching that disaster. |

I saw the interview from the guy who held Denny down while his buddy tried to exchange his brain with a brick. He said he had no remorse. Ya, no fucking way I would stop. But I wouldn't be driving through it either.  |

Not meant as an insult at all. It just looked like it took a bit of work to figure out how to make and spell actual words out of standard psudeo Ghetto gibberish/Ebonics. It read fairly well once you got the hang of it. It was quite well done.
