I didn't read everything, if this was already answered, but, it would be statutory rape because the victim is under the age of the consent, except in West Virginia maybe. |

How can a judge make that statement? He is not a mind reader; who cares if she is embarrassed. Judge Robert Juckes is there to look at the crime committed. She is a vile young sex offender woman who should have received the appropriate punishment.  |
