Re: Father Charged With Felony Murder in Son's Heat-Stroke Vehicle Death
Maybe he was researching "ways to kid rid of a kid" on his computer. Or worse, ways to cover up the murder of a child. This same thing happened last year with dad going to work & leaving Jr in the car all day. How, at some point, do u not remember that u left your offspring in the car. Like maybe after the first cup of coffee kicks in? |

Felony murder is like if two people rob a convenience store and one of the robbers shoots and kills the cashier, the other guy also gets charged with the homicide.

Re: Father Charged With Felony Murder in Son's Heat-Stroke Vehicle Death
Lol That too. I just realized why felony murder was mentioned. I didn't realize it was in the headline. In this case it would be because the person charged was intending to commit a crime other than homicide but someone died in the commission of the crime. Or....Maybe not? I don't know. Obviously they are withholding information. |

Re: Father Charged With Felony Murder in Son's Heat-Stroke Vehicle Death
Like another poster suggested, this asshole was probably stupid enough to have Googled "heat stroke" before cooking his kid in his SUV. Fuck, for all any of us know, he was probably paying mad child support on the kid. Maybe daddy was just trying to keep a little extra scratch in his pocket. |

Re: Father Charged With Felony Murder in Son's Heat-Stroke Vehicle Death
1.) Google "heat stroke." 2.) Put kid in car on hot day. 3.) Claim to have forgotten that kid was in car; throw in a couple of "OMG, what have I done?"s for added believability. 4.) ? 5.) PROFIT! |

Re: Father Charged With Felony Murder in Son's Heat-Stroke Vehicle Death
I had the Mancow show on tv for background noise and someone on there said that apparently he had Googled something like 'how long can you leave a pet in a car before it dies'.
