He told the cops that he wanted to kill him and that his son stopped him. I doubt that I would have a self-control like him in this situation. I just hope the kid recovers fully, soon. |

Here in the US the word "molestation" when referring to children usually means sexual intercourse as well as other sex acts. Most state's have additional penal code sections for Oral Coppulation With A Child/Minor, Sodomy With A Minor, Unlawful Sex With A Minor, Statuatory Rape, etc. The word molestation usually means a conglomeration of sex acts not specified. The word "Rape" usually refers to unwanted/illegal/forced sexual intercourse between adults. It's more of a cultural language thing than a legal thing.

Ah ha ha!  Fucker deserved every bit of that beating and more. He should have taken a road trip to the Everglades and dumped him bleeding and beat up. Saved the taxpayers money with no crime scene and no trial.
