Scenario:
Coupla guys at the party got a lotta cash on them, they brag about it, and maybe even flaunt it. These dudes are a coupla ballers and they're not afraid to let everyone know it! Everyone at the party is drinking, having a good time, and at some point the some of the a coupla guys start getting the dudes with the money fucked up. They make a conscious decision to get these dudes fucked up. The "ballers" are having a good time and feeling on top of the world so they keep drinking and are getting HAMMERED.
A conscious choice is made by our two 'ballers' to drink and have a good time - why not? "We're partying, whooooo!"

They pass out... or are barely conscious, as in the case of one of the victims.

These two adults 17 and 18(i think, without re-reading the story) then proceed to go through the pockets of a 13 and 14yr old, pull their pants off, whatever... and take their cash!

Then, after they rolled these two drunk guys, they dump one of their asses out in the snow in 22°f weather partially clothed, endangering that person's life.

Ok, now the two victims of the robbery were kinda dumb for flashing their cash around and bragging about their money - but they're not responsible for being robbed. The guys that made a choice to take their property CHOSE to commit a crime against them.
They made a conscious decision to commit a crime against someone and used alcohol and familiarity to facilitate the robbery - against someone they KNEW - and who's parents they knew.

Scumbag move by a coupla scumbags.
