Horrific case. I would never ever put a child through that. She has no quality of life and never will have. What kind of a mother would do that to her child? She's not thinking of her child's best interests, only her own. Sad.

Incredible case. I hadn’t heard or read about this until tonight. Found a video showing the Mother asking the child to move her left foot. IMHO it looks like an involuntary spasm. The original judge in this case fucked up. Apparently if the child is declared alive again it will need to be decided by a jury....not medical experts and not the judge.   |

After the Dr told the mom she was brain dead mom said, "Whuh? She dead? No more welfare check? No she dinn bitch! " that's the only reason she's still hasn't been buried. I wonder if mom had to pay for all this if she would still want her on machines. Fucking n-words.

That's why they "only" have 49 videos. Some show strings clearly. But if you spend hours saying "move something" over and over and over, eventually you'll get a spasm. Delete the 5837 hours of video it took to get that 4 seconds and BAM! "Alive". Though it always pisses me off, that all these news articles reference the hack doc Shewmon.
