If you're still an armed threat you're still a fair target for a citizen to take aim to. They won't do a day and they shouldn't. Good shooting.

no not attempted murder , if your neighbor is being robbed here in the state of Texas you Have the right to Pull out a shot gun ( or your fave gun) ( i prefer My Bow) and hold them there till the cops get there, NOW if he shot at them first then thats self defense
