Elijah Smith Getting Smoked
Body camera footage from three West Valley City Police officers. Responding to a report of stolen cellphones, the officers found suspect Elijah James Smith in the garage of a house, where children — who said they did not know Smith — were home alone. After officers instruct Smith to put his hands up, one officer fires three shots, one of which kills Smith.

Not unfortunate at all. I'd kill him myself if he broke into my home, Let alone with my children home. Especially if he had a weapon (which it appears he did). You can't have those type of people in society. But I'm sure he was a good boy and dindu nuffin, It was just a racist police. |

He got what was coming to him. The protesters, "I see a scared, trapped man, who just ran for his life." -- Bullshit! He RAN from police first, he then entered TWO homes he had no business trespassing into, he was a thug thief who thought he could live by taking from others, he had no respect for the law. Lesson #1, if you are a thief and don't want to die: When you're caught, stop follow instructions and take your punishment like a man. When you run and hide, you cause more suspicion and distrust so do you have a gun or not? When you're ordered to stop and raise your hands, don't keep moving around and raising more suspicion about your intentions, STOP and slowly raise your hands.
