I don't know. I feel like if they killed him, they should be punished. But I also feel like the punishment and whatever settlement should also reflect the deceased actions too.. Stop fucking resisting. |

Dude come on, the police created this situation. He wasn't fighting back, there was no need for the police to even touch him. The very first thing the police did when they showed up was escalate the situation. While I don't think their intent was to kill anyone, they are certainly responsible for the consequences of the situation they created. And let's not forget, this guy was truly doing nothing when he was accosted by the police.

Punishment can't make the dead alive and can't erased the pain of the deceased family. On the other hand, putting those criminals on jail would lessen incompetent people roaming on streets.
