The 34-year-old man who injured several people with a hatchet in The Hague last night and was subsequently shot by the police, is seriously injured in the hospital. Several people have since spilled some tea about the confused man.

The man walked across Neptune Street with an ax yelling around 7 pm yesterday and injured several people. Two victims had to be treated in an ambulance. One of them had to be taken to the hospital.

The police were called in to calm the man down. Police officers shot him in the leg, the public prosecutor reports today. The man was seriously injured and is in a hospital.

It is not yet clear what inspired the man. The Public Prosecution Service calls on witnesses to report. According to regional media, the man is a familiar person from the neighborhood. The man has not yet been interrogated.

The Public Prosecution Service reports that several people have reported an attempted manslaughter or threat.

The National Criminal Investigation Service is investigating the shooting by the police because a person was injured/killed
