In Oconto County, Wisconsin, a 33-year-old man and 29-year-old woman were arrested for drunk driving and now face more charges after being caught banging in the back of a police car.

On August 3, Travis Husnik and Heather Basten were pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving by a sheriff’s deputy. After managing to get busy in the back of the squad car, the deputy instructed Husnik to pull his pants up and move to the front seat, according to the police report.

Judge Jay Conley addressed the randy pair at an arraignment days later.

“At a minimum, the mildest word that I can think of, the most favorable word I can think of, is your conduct is completely disrespectful to the officer,” Conley said. “The process of being arrested is supposed to be somewhat unpleasant … and you end up having a tryst. Incredible.”

According to the Green Bay Press Gazette, Husnik and Basten are charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct. Basten spent two days in the slammer and now has a $500 fine. Husnik is looking at 90 days on account of priors.

No word on the drunk driving charges.
