They should clear the courtroom except for the jackass and the victim's families, lock the door and give the family an hour with him. Then when he is recovering from his hospital stay, charge him for court courts for this POS law suit.

GHB is not considered "The Date Rape drug" at all, Rophynol is considered ther Date Rape drug, lol, although i'm sure GHB could be used for date rape, hehehe.
