Damn...a kid and 2 adults.....that's one bad ass dog. He makes Cujo look like Lassie.

I feel bad for the poor dog.. the don't know better! Why did the parents let a 2 year old girl get so close to an uneutered pitbull?

In australia we are having a similar problem on Fraser Island, a national park herritage listed sand island once inhabited solely by aboriginal peoples. The problem is with the last pure surviving Dingos on the planet, they are wild dogs, people are aware of this when they go onto the island.

Why are people surprised then, when a dingo bit a 3 year old who was playing in the sand dunes. If I were a hungry, wild Dingo and I saw a little 3 year old, I would have a go too! Who wouldn't? This resulted in the culling of two dingoes in the already stressed and endangered population.

My point is parents have to be held accountable for their children getting into such situations.
