Re: Dog Died After Being Left In Grooming Salon Dryer
i am a dog groomer and for cage drying we use none heated blowers for a reason. Dogs cannot sit in front of intense heat.....and honestly they must being use the wrong kind of equipment, from what iv seen at many salons and vets dogs sits in a drying cage's for a few hours and never get hot...just dry.we have many dryers in the shop and none of them are heated, none the less be powerful enough to burn a dog in a few minutes while you answer the phone.just a bit of advice, i have a few friends that work in vet offices that are far less qualified than us that are in a salon so do not rely on that alone please, that's not always the case but it does happen.this heated drying thing is groomer 101 and one of the first things you learn if trained right whether in school or being trained one on one.these people had to be complete idiots do to this. so sad for the dog
