Disneyland Employee Charged With Attempting To Give Tickets To Minor For Sex
SANTA ANA (CNS/FOX 11) - A Disneyland employee was charged Monday with attempting to give tickets to the Anaheim theme park to a 14-year-old girl -- who was actually an undercover Huntington Beach police officer -- in exchange for sex acts. Darreck Michael Enciso, 27, of Adelanto, was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on one felony count each of attempted lewd act on a child, contacting a child with the intent to commit a specified sex crime and meeting a minor with the intent to engage in lewd conduct. Enciso allegedly posted an ad on Craigslist July 1 seeking women who would engage in sex acts in exchange for Disneyland tickets. A Huntington Beach police officer contacted the defendant and set up a meeting, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Enciso allegedly showed up for the meeting last Thursday, with condoms and Disneyland tickets in hand, and was arrested. His arraignment, which had been set for this afternoon, was rescheduled to July 31. The defendant, who worked in one of the company's Disneyland-area hotels, "was immediately relieved of his duties as a dishwasher" upon his arrest, according to a Disney statement. I don't think that losing his dishwasher job is his biggest problem he's facing right now. Getting out of jail/prison alive should be.
