Did The Donald Really Write That?. is He Trolling
Is this geeza really writing this. Its almost a troll? this is the head of the most powerful country in the world having a tantrum its comical. And we are worried about russia???... Trump sends extraordinary letter to the prime minister of Norway US President Donald Trump has written to the prime minister of Norway, as the row over Greenland escalates. In the document to Norwegian PM Jonas Gahr Støre, which Sky News has obtained, Trump questions whether Denmark really has a right to run Greenland, and says the country "cannot protect" it. Greenland is a semi-autonomous territory in the North Atlantic Ocean that sets its own laws, but has its foreign and defence policies controlled by the Kingdom of Denmark. Here is the letter in full: "Dear Jonas, "Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. "Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a "right of ownership" anyway? "There are no written documents, it's only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. "I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. "The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. "Thank you! "President DJT" edit: here is the link to sky news. I am just amazed I thought it was a piss take. he's now up to 8 wars and really wants that Nobel peace prize. https://news.sky.com/story/politics-...-nato-12593360 |

Re: Did The Donald Really Write That?. is He Trolling
The reply is just as golden. Calm and measured as if speaking to a kid lol. Mr Stoere sent the message on behalf of himself and Finnish President Alexander Stubb. In it, he wrote: "Dear Mr President, dear Donald - on the contact across *the Atlantic - on Greenland, Gaza, Ukraine - and your tariff announcement yesterday. "You know our position on these issues. But we believe we all should *work to take this down and de-escalate - so much is happening around us where we *need to stand together. "We are proposing a call with you later today - with both of us or separately - give us a hint of what you prefer! Best - Alex and Jonas." |

Re: Did The Donald Really Write That?. is He Trolling
it's not the Norwegian government/country that decides who gets the Nobel Peace Prize. 8+ wars India and Pakistan: A ceasefire was reached in May 2025 after a week of fighting in Kashmir. Pakistan credited Trump, but India stated the U.S. played a marginal role. A hotline agreement between the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) of both countries facilitated the truce. Both didn't want a prolonged or full-scale war, which could have been devastating economically, politically, and militarily. Not only the U.S. called for restraint but also China, Russia, and Iran did so. Rwanda and DR Congo: An agreement was signed in June 2025, but it did not include key armed groups like M23, and violence continued afterward. Cambodia and Thailand: A ceasefire was reached in July 2025 after Trump threatened 36% tariffs on both nations but late 2025 Thailand suspended the ceasefire after another landmine incident, leading to renewed, severe fighting, including Thai airstrikes and Cambodian artillery, causing more casualties and displacement. Egypt and Ethiopia: The Trump administration claimed to have ended this dispute over the Nile Dam, though no formal agreement has been signed and no active war was occurring. Serbia and Kosovo: Trump claims to have averted a war here by threatening tariffs, though the two nations have not been in a full-scale conflict since 1999. Trump said Serbia and Kosovo "were going to go at it, going to be a big war," but he intervened. Kosovo's President Vjosa Osmani in mid-2025 credited Trump with preventing "possible escalation," but Serbia has downplayed or denied any war plans. Gaza is a ceasefire in name only as between October 2025 and mid-January 2026, over 400 Palestinians and at least three Israeli soldiers have been killed in continued flare-ups. There's only one war he can maybe stop, and which is a real war. He told he would stop the Russ-Ukr. war in one day and/or before his inauguration. Trump: Well, I said that figuratively, and I said that as an exaggeration, because to make a point, and you know, it gets, of course, by the fake news. Obviously, people know that when I said that, it was said in jest, but it was also said that it will be ended. Fact is he told this "jest" 53 times in speeches etc. before the elections so we can conclude that he likes to exaggerate. |
