Lawsuit: 'Andy Dick Put His Penis on My Face'

DALLAS - A Texas man has sued comedian Andy Dick for allegedly rubbing his genitals on the man's face at a comedy club, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Robert Tucker's lawsuit, filed in Dallas, alleges that Dick walked into the audience dressed in women's clothes during a December 2010 standup performance.

Tucker alleges that Dick approached him and "pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact the he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt."

Dick then allegedly "forced his genitals against the left side of [Tucker's] face," according to the lawsuit.

The incident left Tucker feeling "degraded and humiliated," and led to him being harassed and ridiculed by his co-workers, he said.

He is seeking unspecified damages.

Dick, 45, was arrested earlier in May on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct with alcohol at a restaurant in Temecula, Calif.

He was previously arrested in January 2010 for allegedly groping a man and grabbing his crotch while intoxicated at a bar in West Virginia.

In 2008, he approached a 17-year-old girl outside a Murrieta, Calif., restaurant and, according to police, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts." Officers who arrested Dick at a nearby Sam's Club said he was "extremely intoxicated" and in possession of marijuana and Xanax.

A year earlier, he was thrown off "Jimmy Kimmel Live" after repeatedly touching Ivanka Trump.

Dick appeared on the VH1 "Celebrity Rehab" and spinoff "Sober House" in 2009.
