Re: Delaware Police Shoot Man in Wheelchair; His Relatives Ask Why
Did he shoot himself in the abdomen or something ? There is a distinct bang before the police tell him to put his hands up. If he did accidentally shoot himself , he should have said so. When he was fumbling around with his waistband , it was too late to interpret anything but him going for a gun. It will be interesting to see the autopsy report on this one. They filled him so full of lead, he could have used his dick as a pencil. |

wrong kind of lead. Maybe just use him for shark bait with the sinker embedded, though. That distinct bang before they started instructing him to "drop the gun". I DO think SOMEBODY shot him before all the commotion. |

Re: Delaware Police Shoot Man in Wheelchair; His Relatives Ask Why
There was a distinct bang before all the commotion and the "drop the gun" order. I believe that he (the camera was not on him at the time) was shot at that point...That the gun was NOT in his hands at the point where the police approached him. When they said drop it...he had to RETRIEVE the gun from his person in order to comply. But when he reached to retrieve the gun, the police (rightfully) believed that he was pulling the gun to shoot at them. Thats when they opened fire. Hard to say, either way. If it were ME...I would have just RAISED MY HANDS in that situation. That way, they wouldnt have assumed that I was retrieving the gun to shoot THEM. |

Yep, I think he was definitely already shot. It just doesnt make sense for him not to just MAKE HIS HANDSS VISIBLE. That alone could have possiblly saved his life. I just dont know, but thats what I think. |
