Have you seen the video? It didn't look very quick to me. He was coughing and gagging for ages before he seized up. He was still alive when they transported him to the hospital I believe. There's a theory about why Rasputin didn't die when he was poisoned with cyanide. The people who were attempting to poison him put the cyanide in candy and other sugary items. It has been suggested that glucose (sugar) is a natural counteragent to cyanide toxicity. Glucose is often given along with other drugs for cyanide toxicity because it helps combat the cobalt toxicity that accompanies cyanide toxicity. |

Brutal! Just business to him! They did a movie about him. Don't recall who played him. Some of the other serial killer/grave digger movies didn't quite catch the real character of the subjects. |
