Crittenden KY, Tornado Aftermath
Hey, haven't been around for a while and just wanted to share some pics of the aftermath of a tornado in one town in Kentucky with y'all. Trying to find some really good ones of the Indiana towns that were completely destroyer. My aunt in Burlington Kentucky has parts of someone's house from Indiana scattered all over her land, pool, and lake. Enjoy and have a good one! |

Re: Crittenden KY, Tornado Aftermath
Yeah, my Uncle lives in Piner. It's a few minutes south of where I grew up. Piner is pretty destroyed. I'm just thankful that most of the damage is material and as bad as it is, not too many lives were lost. I was watching WCPO livestream all day long and it was so stressful. I have family and friends in almost every town in NKY and most of them were missed, but a few got it pretty hard. My aunt didn't get a tornado but got some debris from Indiana when the storm passed over her house.

Re: Crittenden KY, Tornado Aftermath
You sir are correct ,there was a town in western Oklahoma that was blown completely flat with the head winds in a storm front back in the 40's ,the straight winds were clocked at 90mph according to the records... |
