How can the cop even begin to justify his actions. I wonder if their belongings were stolen??

Why did he plead guilty?? Even if the guy raised his voice, there was no excuse for the force the officer used. Nothing verbal, short of a direct threat on a life, should result in an officer putting their hands on anyone. |
