I read the story, but I'm not clear how this guy was found out. Was he in the bathroom or just "flogging the dummy" right there in line? Even if no official action was ever taken, the shit this guy would experience from fellow officers would be never-ending and horrific. How could he ever be a supervisor of anyone again, let alone ever testify in open court again. Defense lawyers would be all over a story like that.
