Convicted Sex Offender Wins $3 Million Lottery * update
WPVI December 10, 2014 A convicted sex offender won a multi-million dollar jackpot from the Florida Lottery over the past weekend. Timothy Poole, 43, of Mount Dora, Florida won $3 million from a scratch off ticket he purchased at a 7-Eleven over the weekend, according to the New York Daily News. Poole, who currently works as a cab driver for his mother's taxi company, was arrested in 1999 after allegedly sexually battering a 9 year old boy. Poole denied the allegations and went to jail for 13 months. Poole was sent to prison in 2003 again after not attending four of his sex offender counseling sessions. Poole has had no run ins with the law since his release in 2006. Poole claimed his winnings this week in a lump sum payment that totals $2,219,807.90. A Florida Lottery spokesperson told the New York Daily News, that payments are not withheld based on a winner's criminal background. However, if a lottery winner does owe money to a state agency, such as child support, then it can be withheld. So what?? He did his sentence. True american spirit, mix your feelings in convictions and after them they still haven't done their sentence. He is free. He can even win in lottery. There is a mistake in the world? That's just right. |

Sometimes even assholes have luck But after it was made public, I don't think he'll be a lucky man. I bet a lot of criminals are sticking their noses into a telephone book to check out his address, right now. |

Most big lottery winners blow it all and die after their money is gone. One poor man, Abraham Shakespeare, had his stolen by some bitch and a guy. Apparently, he wasn't very intelligent and they somehow gained hs trust. They found him buried. The woman, last I knew, was in jail. What a great name! Abraham Shakespeare! http://www.documentingreality.com/fo...erview-133125/ |

Indeed, poor man It's always the same, people not only win a lot of money in a lottery, they also win a lot of "new good Friends" with it. And somehow the money seems to make most of the winners blind, they just don't get what's going on, or they realize it when it's too late |
