The funny thing is Norway still hunts whale. You can buy whale burgers in Bergen. But they aren't hunting endangered species like the Japs.

No one really says boo to the Norwegians about it

Norway hunts for minke whales. Thousand a year. They're not really endangered like the whales Japan hunts.
The International Whaling Commission estimates that there were between 120,000 and 182,000 minke whales in the North Atlantic Ocean, excluding Canadian East Coast
