Re: Colorado Police Pepper Spray Misbehaving 8yr. Old Boy.
Give it about 10 years and he most likely will be. It really irks me that his mother acts like he is an angelic child at home and it is the TEACHERS fault. This kid is not much of a victim. I am no shrink but my guess is the boy is neglected at home. Mom isn't home alot and probably does what alot of parents to. Showers him in video games and toys to pacify him. His teacher probably corrected him, and he didn't like being correctd and he lashed out. My son is 9 years old. He loves his video games. He thinks he should get a new toy every week. I also spoil him way too much, but he also knows if he EVER acts out of line especially at school, church, babysitter etc then he will have Hell to pay when I hear about it. Something seriously dysfuntional is going on in that home. |

Don't think technology can solve this. The kid needs/needed boring old good parenting, which he didn't get. Not saying that a bit of brutality isn't appropriate sometimes, but this kid's parents were clearly worthless.

Brilliant parenting! Behavior like this came as a total surprise to them? B.S. Yank the little toad away from the video games and take the family for immediate counseling. I refuse to believe it's the old "nobody's fault" excuse! |
